“I have been training with Bradley for about 8 months now. When I started training I thought I was reasonably fit and eating healthily but I now realise I was wrong. Brad has taught me how to maintain a healthy lifestyle, not by dieting but by making better choices and eating healthily alongside a good training plan. We do a mixture of different types of exercise, such as lifting weights, boxing and various HIIT cardio. This means that it never gets boring.

Having been training with Brad at Fit 4 Less the last year and a half, I can already see massive improvements from feeling and looking healthier. He’s helped me get on the right track to achieving my goals by giving me that extra little motivation which I lack. He pushes me to levels I feel sometimes I cannot complete but only because he believes in me. The sessions are always planned he knows exactly what we are doing and working on and makes the sessions fun but challenging at the same time. Even if I do ache for the next few days but all worth it in the end!!
